The item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories.

Items not eligible for return:

Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Items worn, used, or altered after delivery.
Items returned without original packaging.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued if:

The product delivered was damaged or defective
The product delivered was incorrect
The requested item for exchange is out of stock

Refund Method

Refunds are issued through:

Bank transfer
Mobile wallet
Store credit (if preferred)

Refund processing time: 5–10 working days after the returned item is inspected.

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping and return courier charges are non-refundable, except where the error is from our side.

4. Exchange Policy

If the product is in perfect condition and you want to exchange it for a different size or color:

Courier charges for exchange will be paid by the customer.
Exchange is subject to product availability.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return based on the conditions above.
