Thank you for choosing Klicksole. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will be contacted if there is any delay in processing your order.

2. Shipping Time

Once processed, orders are delivered within:

  • 2–5 working days for major cities

  • 4–7 working days for other areas

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the product weight.

  • Any applicable delivery charges will be mentioned during checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in most cities across Pakistan.

  • For COD orders, customers must ensure valid contact information so the courier can coordinate delivery.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order:

  • You will receive a confirmation message containing your order details.

  • If any information is incorrect, you must inform us immediately.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, your order may be trackable through the courier company.
You may also contact us if you need help checking your shipment status.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Invalid phone number

  • Customer unavailability

The package may be returned to us. A re-delivery fee may apply for another attempt.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or missing items:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide pictures or video of the package and items.

  • We will investigate and assist with replacement or refund based on our Return & Refund Policy.

9. International Shipping

At the moment, Klicksole ships within Pakistan only.
International delivery is not available.
